AT&amp;T ActiveArmor Blocking Your Rylo Number

If you're an AT&amp;T user and experiencing issues where calls to or from a specific number aren't connecting, AT&amp;T's ActiveArmor app may have flagged your Rylo number as spam.

Open the AT&amp;T ActiveArmor app on your phone

Tap Calls or Calls &amp; Texts from the main screen

Go to your Recent Calls or Blocked List

Find the Rylo number that was wrongly blocked (See: <a href="https://help.rylo.com/en/articles/7993322-what-is-my-rylo-number">What is my Rylo number</a>)

Tap the number and select Unblock or change its status to Allow

1. Open the AT&amp;T ActiveArmor app on your phone
2. Tap Calls or Calls &amp; Texts from the main screen
3. Go to your Recent Calls or Blocked List
4. Find the Rylo number that was wrongly blocked (See: <a href="https://help.rylo.com/en/articles/7993322-what-is-my-rylo-number">What is my Rylo number</a>)
5. Tap the number and select Unblock or change its status to Allow

Adjusting your spam settings to prevent this happening again:

Tap Nuisance Calls or Call Blocking

Toggle on Always Allow Contacts to make sure saved numbers are never blocked

1. Open the AT&amp;T ActiveArmor app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Nuisance Calls or Call Blocking
4. Toggle on Always Allow Contacts to make sure saved numbers are never blocked
