How to Enable Call Forwarding on your Android phone app:

Open the Android native phone app (the green one, not Rylo)

Tap the three dots in the top right corner to open the menu

Enter your Rylo number (See <a href="https://help.rylo.com/en/articles/7993322-what-is-my-rylo-number">What is my Rylo number</a>)

1. Open the Android native phone app (the green one, not Rylo)
2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner to open the menu
3. Select Settings
4. Tap Supplementary services
5. Tap Call Forwarding
6. Tap Always Forward
7. Enter your Rylo number (See <a href="https://help.rylo.com/en/articles/7993322-what-is-my-rylo-number">What is my Rylo number</a>)
8. Tap Enable

Tap Verify my connection &gt; Receive a 'Success' message. You should be all set 🥳

Troubleshooting tips if you receive a call forwarding error:

Does your cell plan include call forwarding? If not, contact your carrier to add it. Many carriers offer this for free, though some may charge a small fee.

Is call forwarding already enabled to another line? If so, please disable it so you can enable call forwarding to Rylo.
