Deleting your Rylo Sidekick account
Because Rylo Sidekick and Rylo Phone share one account, deleting your account from Sidekick deletes your entire Rylo account — not just your Sidekick data. Read this fully before you proceed, since it can't be undone.
What you'll lose
Your Rylo phone number — permanently, with no way to recover it, including in Rylo Phone if you use it.
All your transcripts and call history from both Sidekick and Rylo Phone.
Your personal details and account settings, deleted permanently.
How to delete your account
Go to Settings → Account → Manage account and choose Delete my account.
Tell us why you're leaving — this helps us improve Rylo for everyone.
Confirm you understand this permanently deletes your Rylo number and all associated data.
You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done, and you'll be signed out of Sidekick automatically.
I only want to stop using Sidekick, not delete my whole account
If you just want to stop using the desktop app but keep your Rylo account and number (for use with Rylo Phone, for instance), simply quit or uninstall Rylo Sidekick instead — there's no need to delete your account for that. Quitting the app from the menu bar icon, or dragging it out of Applications, doesn't affect your account at all.
