How to sign in to Rylo Sidekick

Rylo Sidekick uses the same account as Rylo Phone — here's how signing in works, and what happens if you're already a Rylo user.

How to sign in to Rylo Sidekick

Rylo Sidekick uses the same Rylo account as Rylo Phone — if you already use Rylo Phone, signing in on Sidekick reconnects you to that same account, your same Rylo number, and skips straight past the setup steps you've already done.

How to sign in

When you first open Sidekick, choose one of:

  • Phone number — enter your number and confirm the one-time code sent to you, the same way you sign in on Rylo Phone.

  • Continue with Google — sign in with your Google account.

Already have a Rylo account?

If you sign in with the phone number or Google account you already use for Rylo Phone, Sidekick recognizes you as an existing user — you'll skip name, email, and identity verification, and go straight to granting Mac permissions and picking a few Sidekick-specific preferences.

New to Rylo?

If this is your first time using any Rylo product, you'll be asked a few extra questions the first time only — your name, whether you prefer to speak or type on calls, your caption voice, and the identity information required to set up your Rylo number. See Why does Rylo need personal information such as my Address, DoB, and the last four digits of my SSN? for why that's needed — it's a legal requirement for any provider offering captioned calling, not something specific to Sidekick.
