When someone calls you on Rylo and you don't answer, they can leave a voicemail message. Rylo automatically generates an accurate transcript for every voicemail, so you can read or listen to your messages at any time.

Simply tap the Voicemail tab at the bottom of the Rylo app. All your voicemail messages will be listed there.

1. Tap the voicemail message you'd like to hear.

2. Tap the blue Play icon.

3. You can listen using your headset, loudspeaker, or a connected listening device such as hearing aids or cochlear implants.

1. Tap the voicemail message you'd like to read.

2. Rylo will generate a transcript for you within seconds.

You can personalise your voicemail greeting so callers hear a message that's uniquely yours.

1. Tap the Voicemail tab.

2. Tap Greeting in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Type your preferred greeting message.

4. Tap Save. You're all set!

💡 Alternatively, you can go to Settings > Voicemail Greeting > type your message > tap Save.

You can delete voicemail messages one at a time, or clear all of them at once.

Important: Deleting voicemails is not reversible.

1. Open the Rylo app and tap the Voicemail tab.

2. Find the voicemail you'd like to delete.

3. Swipe left on the message until a red Delete button appears.

4. Swipe all the way left, or tap the red Delete button to confirm.

Prefer not to swipe? Tap Edit in the top right corner, then tap the red circle ⛔️ next to the message, then tap Delete.

Important: This will permanently delete all of your voicemails. It cannot be undone.

1. Open the Rylo app and tap the Voicemail tab.

2. Tap Edit in the top left corner.

3. Tap Clear in the top left corner.
