Rylo is 100% free for people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, or challenged with speech.

Rylo is certified by the FCC, which means the FCC reimburses Rylo for the cost of providing its IP CTS and IP Relay services.

FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.

<b>Are all Rylo Services free because they are certified by the FCC?</b>

Yes, Rylo is certified by the FCC to provide IP CTS (Captioned Telephone Service) and IP Relay Services.

Rylo may offer additional services at no cost as part of our mission to make communication accessible for all, such as text-to-speech and Rylo live. These services will be offered on a case-by-case basis and are not certified or reimbursed by the FCC.
