While we created Rylo to make phone calls more accessible, we are also aware of its benefits as a service that makes phone calls available in situations where you cannot speak or hear.

Rylo was built by and designed for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, late-deafened, deafblind, cued-users, veterans with hearing loss, senior citizens, and/or having other communication disabilities.

If you don't feel like you identify with one of the above groups, you may still be eligible to use Rylo, but we may not be able to offer you our services for free.
